Lithium ion battery assembly process
Step 1: Capacity division of Li ion battery cellsIn order to ensure the full capacity of the battery, we use lithium-ion battery cell divider cabinet for secondary capacity.
Step 2: Battery cell matching
The internal resistance and voltage of cells are paired in groups to ensure that the internal resistance and voltage of all cells of the whole battery are consistent, so as to achieve more safe and high-quality products.
Step 3: Bracket combination
In order to ensure better heat dissipation effect and reliability of lithium-ion battery pack, the safest bracket combination is adopted for lithium-ion battery pack.
Step 4: Battery welding
Pure nickel spot welding is used to ensure that the internal resistance of lithium-ion battery pack is small enough, the over-current is large, and there is no heating.
Step 5: BMS assembly
The battery has the functions of overcharge protection, over discharge protection, over-current protection, short-circuit protection, overload protection, balance protection and so on.
Step 6: Epoxy board packaging
Lithium ion battery is packed with thickened epoxy board, which not only makes the appearance beautiful, but also can not be ignored for the safety protection of the battery.
Step 7: Battery test
Lithium ion battery will be aging test, charge discharge cycle test, we guarantee to do the best quality to customers.
