Production process of lithium ion cellStep 1 - Preparation of electrode paste
It is important to mix electrode active materials, adhesives, solvents, etc. together, and form slurry after fully stirring and dispersing.
Step 2 - Coating
The slurry prepared in the first step is evenly coated on the collector (aluminum foil or copper foil, etc.) with the specified thickness, and the solvent is dried.
Step 3 - punching and cutting of pole piece
The pole piece made in the previous step is punched and cut into the specified size and shape.
Step 4 - Lamination
Assemble the positive and negative plates and diaphragms together, and form the electrode core after gluing.
Step 5 - Assemble the cell pack
The electrode core produced in the previous step is put into the aluminum plastic film which has been flushed, and the top seal and side seal are completed to form the soft package battery without liquid injection.
Step 6 - Liquid injection
The specified amount of electrolyte is injected into the soft core. Of course, the cell should be baked and injected in a low humidity environment. If the moisture content is too high, it is not good.
Step 7 - Cell seal
In the vacuum environment, the gas inside the cell is extracted and sealed.
